If you were wondering, like me:
Fighting on All Fronts has to be completed (and its not optional like suggested in most guides and comments)So, i had to start that first and forgot that i haven´t completed any fruit feeding this week by the time I handed it in.
Hand it in and go back to Shal´Aran to pick up this week´s fruit feed quest Before the Siege (what you are here for)
Dont stand in the harbour, wondering what to do :D
Quest
Before the Siege
A World of Warcraft quest in Suramar. Facts and objectives from the current retail game data.

This quest has the same task as One Day at a Time and Continuing the Cure quests. Every part of Insurrection starts from the same quest, only titles are different. So, you have to choose one npc in Shal'Aran and give him / her [item=143597] to cure. Get back to Thalyssra then.

What to do
Description
So many years of my life spent studying within the Nighthold... Never had I considered that I would one day have to fight my way back in. Time is short. The battle will be upon us soon. Please, continue our tradition and feed another refugee the fruit of the arcan'dor.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
