If you were wondering, like me:
Fighting on All Fronts has to be completed (and its not optional like suggested in most guides and comments)

So, i had to start that first and forgot that i haven´t completed any fruit feeding this week by the time I handed it in.

Hand it in and go back to Shal´Aran to pick up this week´s fruit feed quest Before the Siege (what you are here for)
Dont stand in the harbour, wondering what to do :D

This quest has the same task as One Day at a Time and Continuing the Cure quests. Every part of Insurrection starts from the same quest, only titles are different. So, you have to choose one npc in Shal'Aran and give him / her [item=143597] to cure. Get back to Thalyssra then.
