This quest has the same task as One Day at a Time. For clear, every part of Insurrection starts from the same quest, only titles are different. So, you have to choose one npc in Shal'Aran and give him / her [item=143597] to cure. Get back to Thalyssra then.

Dumb question: Is there any special benefit to curing one refugee over another? Or is it all just symbolic?

I ask because I cured a kid my first week and now I can cure the same kid again. Makes me feel like it's a no, but... you never know.

I had to complete the daily world quests in the zone, including a new one (name unknown) just outside Shal'Aran that required me to kill several mobs that were about to discover the location of the base. Once that quest was completed, the second week of the chain opened for me.

What to do

StorylineMissing Persons, step 1 of 8
Rewards20g 22s, 6,150 XP

Description

Given the events at the Waning Crescent, the refugees here are more eager than ever to receive the gift of the arcan'dor and be free of the Nightwell forever. Fortunately, the tree has borne more fruit. Again, I ask that you honor us by giving this fruit to anyone here in Shal'Aran. When you are finished, we shall discuss further developments within the city. Silgryn reports that Arluelle has proven a fine student, and the two are making progress in evacuating citizens.
