And use 1-st spell shout- You will run away from him, kite him into the oil and stop.
- Then use fire spell to burn him.

Mount the riding raptor after picking up the quest, it's nearby.

After dat... you will use de fetish to light de tar pits on fire! Dat should be enough to kill Zulajin. ...and if not, well, den you will have to improvise. Good luck!
