This quest should be done along with Never Leave Dinner Behind.
They both become daily quests later on.
Your looking for wooden barrel kegs. They are not tiny so you should spot them easy.
The best location I found to do both quests at once is starting at 53 x 28. Check outside the buildings here and also inside/down in the cellar. Working your way down the road heading South / West and doing the same when approaching buildings along the road. Screenshot included for 53 x 28 cords.FYI: Your looting 220 proof ale and drinking it so I would suggest looting the FOOD first for Never Leave Dinner Behind. before becoming smashed and can't see straight from looting the kegs. Also double clicking while looting the kegs still provides multiple kegs looted off each keg as mention above.

No, you don't need new glasses like I thought.. your toon is getting wasted while collecting the barrels :)
If you leave Twilight Highlands zone while under effect of the +damage buff, your character vomits and the buff is dispelled. =)

What to do
Description
S'not a boast to say that we Thundermars brew the finest ale in the Eastern Kingdoms. It's 220 proof. Yeah, you heard me! As folks fled from the south to the town center, they were forced to leave behind their ale. <Blundy pauses, allowing the gravity of the situation to soak in.> GET IT BACK! That stuff'll turn even the stringiest of warriors into a whirlin' dervish of mouth-foaming destruction. Get them kegs! S'our only hope!

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Dragonmaw Takedown
The Dragonmaw! <Colin spits.> Monsters, all of them. We've fought them up and down these highlands since the last war. And now they're joining forces with the Horde? If you're going to convince us Wildhammers to unite under the Alliance banner, you'd best prove yourself against the Dragonmaw.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Never Leave a Dinner Behind
Supplies are short, <name>. We've got refugees coming into Thundermar from up and down the ridge - that's a lot of mouths to feed. Plenty of food stores were left behind as people pulled their families to safety. We need that food!
