The troggs (not their mounts) at Scrapbone Den all seem to give 5-8% credit without fail. Since there are a lot of them there, it's a very easy place to farm!
(Edit: changed to 5-8% - credit to Quarion97)
One suggestion is to stand still, even after the cast is complete. I noticed if you move after the cast bar stops you won't get credit sometimes. You have to sit still for an extra second after the cast completes, then you should see the % increase.

What to do
Description
I must share the wonders of this place with all of Azeroth in a way that will entertain young and old alike. I will use the technology here to create a new line of toys unlike anything seen before! My Quasi-Faceted scanner can help construct perfect replicas of things here on the island. I just need a helpful individual such as yourself to scan a few things around this area.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
