Sparkweaver Point at the northeastern most corner of the map. Hit the eggs to spawn motospiders. Each small motospider drops one.
After reading the comments and completing BETTER...STRONGER...LESS DEAD - I still couldn't turn this in.
Then I turned in A STRONG HEART (Alliance) and was able to finally turn it in.
Also - I'd very much welcome replies that tell me how to put those quests into links. None of my experimenting worked.

Description
Well, look at you, {race}... <Christy's mechanical eyes quickly scan your body.> Not as impressive as I had hoped. King Mechagon's armies are fully mechanized. But, you... you have a severe excess of flesh and matching machinery deficiency. Yes, we simply must make a few changes... Maybe a neural-cranial upgrade! Bring me a few microcogs from the motospiders nearby and I'll fix you up!
