To complete this quest you need to disable 3 [object=354937]s and defeat [npc=171307].

[object=354937] #1 can be located at 31.01 15.11 coordinates.
To locate and disable [object=354937] #2 go to 26.87 14.66 coordinates.
Travel to 24.57 17.29 coordinates to disable [object=354937] #3.
[npc=171307] can be found in the underground hall, entrance is at 27.84 20.37

There is also [npc=173837] next to the wall behind [npc=171307].
Open it to loot [item=183060] and start Box of Torments (150 rep with [npc=162804])

Description

There are many powerful lieutenants among the Mawsworn, but there is one who is particularly important to the Jailer. Far beneath the Tremaculum lives the Jailer's prime interrogator, Grathalax. Power is fed to him via conduits throughout the area. His role is to make the process of anima extraction more efficient. His methods are... unkind. I believe we would both benefit from the end of his existence.
