Rep might be wrong on a few of the Timbermaw quests on Wowhead... My 80 human paladin just got 1100 rep for this one.
I think blizz have upped the rep gains for all Timbermaw quests. I got 1400 for a quest in Winterspring for the Timbermaw on my 54 Draenei Priest
They did raise the rep per kill. It used to be 2 (IIRC) for regular kills and 5 for killing the leaders. I can't remember, but I think I got 20 or 25 per kill when Cata hit. I wanted to complete some of the old rep grinds, and with this one I went from friendly to exalted in about an hour with furbolg kills and feathers to turn in.
Now, if only Blizz would do something about the Wintersabre rep........

I mean, they... they sully my name with their wicked misdeeds! They persecute my cherished Timbermaw tribe and hurt them! I demand you inflict my justice! Defeat the Deadwood and I will give you my... my favor! Yes! The favor of RUUMBO!
