Description

The betrayers are being held in stasis chambers.

I've seen these cages before. Their design is efficient but fragile. They will fail with the slightest energy variation.

Find crackling energy vessels strewn about and heave them at the stasis chambers. With true aim, you will disable them and free the betrayers.

Can I free a caged betrayer without a crackling energy vessel? No? Then why in the name of all that is holy is "crackling energy vessel collected" marked as optional? Is there anybody at Blizzard even capable of understanding English? Stop putting an "optional" behind things that are very much mandatory!
