To save you all a ton of pain on this quest use the following information:

#1 Use the portal to Twilight Vineyards in Shal'Aran. This should be unlocked if you are on this quest but if it somehow has not been unlocked yet then be aware you must be Honored with The Nightfallen faction to unlock this portal first. If these things are not done yet, I would work up your rep to Honored before attempting this quest. More information on unlocking this portal here: [spell=224674]

#2 After taking the Twilight Vineyards portal in Shal'Aran, Masquerade yourself and then head west following the arrow in your minimap leading to the quest objective the arcwine.

#3 You will notice you are on an upper level above the Arcwine. You need to jump down to get to the Arcwine. There are about 6 NPC mobs down there and one with the detection spell so you will have to fight some mobs. Don't worry only 3 of them will attack you, be prepared enough to take out 3 average 110 mobs.

#4 After killing the 3 a couple run away but the last one will say something like I'm outta here and run off. Then pick up the 1000-year old Arcwine.

#5 Go to the turn in point on the other end of Suramar

P.S. Getting to some specific locations in Suramar is a huge pain in the you know what, no wonder they had to have a bunch of portals.
