That ports you to 31, 18 which after a few nonelites, you fight Socrethar and Kaylaan.
The teleportation stone still remains in my inventory after i completed the quest, i did 99% of all quests and have not found any other use for it, so unless you want it for the fun of teleporting its safe to delete.
