Honor Their Memories

Honor Their Memories is a quest for level 70-73 in Isle of Dorn. It is step 3 of 17 in the Mourning Rise storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Isle of Dorn at 61.7, 41.6. It rewards 9,500 experience and money.

Description

Take these gifts and place them by the past caretakers. Each is a gift honoring their memory.

I'd also like us to perform some light groundskeeping to at least maintain the site. Unfortunately, what these kobolds are doing to the memorials will take us weeks to fix.

Please do what you can about the kobolds. It would be unwise to leave the gifts unguarded while they are still roaming the area.

Rewards

This quest can be a little confusing. Clicking on the placards does not help you accomplish the quest. The item you need to click on is right in front of each placard on the ground. These are hard to see if you have the quest objective sparkles on.

Kobolds up the stairs do NOT count towards this quest. They only count towards the bonus objective in the same spot. Only the kobolds in the tiny objective area around the little statues/ gravestones (?) count.

(You'll need the kobolds upstairs later for the next quest in the chain.)

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Before I DepartIsle of Dorn · Level 70-73

I can feel my energy reserves depleting. I will soon not be able to execute my duties. That is why I have Urtago here to take over. Before my systems grind to a halt, I must make sure Mourning Rise is free of kobolds.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • You No Take Plunder!Isle of Dorn · Level 70-73

It looks like the kobolds have taken gems and other... body parts off these shutdown earthen. Abominable. Find where the kobolds are holding their plunder, and bring it back to me so I can return it to its rightful place later. This vandalism will not go unchecked!
