Laws Apply to All

Laws Apply to All is a quest for level 70-73 in Isle of Dorn. It is step 5 of 17 in the Mourning Rise storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Isle of Dorn at 61.7, 41.6. It rewards 9,500 experience and money.

Description

Desecrating a memorial site is one of our greatest taboos in earthen society. This site is a window to our past, into our memories, and a place of self-reflection where we can commune with those who are no longer here.

Still, so many of these kobolds infest Mourning Rise. For their crimes, the kobolds deserve the harshest punishment. They must be culled even further.

I have an entirely different issue. Turn in location is marked by a question mark on the map. Indeed at /way 63.30, 42,59. Problem is, Urtago isn't there. Tried leaving the area and returning but to no avail. Maybe the quest area is messed up by a bunch of Balance Druids (counted at least 5) running around and one-shotting the kobolds there.

That is every comment on this page.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • You No Take Plunder!Isle of Dorn · Level 70-73

It looks like the kobolds have taken gems and other... body parts off these shutdown earthen. Abominable. Find where the kobolds are holding their plunder, and bring it back to me so I can return it to its rightful place later. This vandalism will not go unchecked!

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • The Great CollapseIsle of Dorn · Level 70-73

Now that we landed a mighty blow, it is time to make sure that we block their tunnels so they cannot come back. Remember the stuff that Korgran asked about? Explosive sticks--his recipe. I have brought enough to shake a mountain! More than enough for the kobolds.
