You might find this quest is bugged - in that she doesn't appear. To correct this simply go outside the temple, mount up and fly away a bit in order to break the phasing. Come back in, land, and you should be greeted by a scene of chaos.

Move out of the blue circlues she casts on the floor, and use the pillars to break LOS when she casts a Shadowbolt Volley.

A noise in the main chamber of the temple draws your attention. You hear a familiar laugh... Lorthuna. She's returned to interrupt the ritual - you must stop her!
