While this quest does remove the Stormforged Grapple Launcher from your inventory, you are still able to use the grapple points around Stormheim. So, don't worry about losing the ability after turning in this quest. Look at it as one more freed-up bag slot!

Description

A cage wasn't enough to hold me, so the vrykul ensorcelled these runestones to trap me in here. Each is powered by a different Felskorn rune. Unfortunately, they gave the runes to different guardians, who have all scattered to different places around Stormheim. So, if Sira said that you could have your precious keystone back, you're first going to have to get me out of here. Then, we'll see.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

I did some recon in Stormheim. What I discovered is that the Tideskorn are a tribe of vrykul who have been cut-off from the sea by their kvaldir brethren. Many of the Tideskorn have pledged their services to the Legion and become Felskorn.
