Dismount and stand RIGHT ON TOP OF HER.. HUG HER! Else she won't open it.. So.. - Dismount - Reposition and keep trying Worked for me after a few tries.
For those without coordinates, she's in the center of the camp by the rows of tents, next to Halig Fireforge, the Blacksmith. She's standing by some trees, easy to miss. And there's no '?' that will show on the map for you.

Description
There are those of this world that tap into power unrestricted by the bounds of our mortal frames - powers of restoration, powers of life, and powers of light.
