Description

No one's been stepped on harder by Gallywix than the Bilgewater Cartel. Plenty already want to rise up, but that ain't enough. We gotta show them what Gallywix has done and convince them that now is the time.

Let's start with a headline. C'mon, pitch me. A big shot like you carries our message better than anyone else.

If you're like me and perma have a full bag, make room for the pamphlets before picking this quest up. If you've already started it, you need to abandon the quest, have 1 free bag slot, and then start the quest again. You should have the item to throw
