(on a side note: I got Thousand Needles Quests while just going for the end quest by doing all it's pre-requisit quests and some side quests that were in the same area. (Also did a chain started with Special Delivery for Brivelthwerp but afaik this is not needed.))

    That old, bitter centaur, Skycaller Vrakthris, mentioned a great air spirit that the centaur worship. To secure the Heights, the last step is for us to deal with this thing. I've seen them blow the giant horn at the top of the hill up there and an air elemental came down.
