Description
You set the book ablaze, but not before noting its contents. The demonic tome was dedicated to enchanting weapons with fel energy. It looked as though the goal was to ensnare the victim's soul. The Exarchs must be warned that traitors are among them! The Council should be meeting now just up the hill to the east.

The exarchs seem to trust you, <class>. Are you venturing into the Umbrafen? The Sporebats in this area are usually docile, but something's got them all riled up. When they attack, their stingers wrap around exposed limbs. I've seen them tear through reinforced leather like it was paper.
