We're dawdling! There's no time to waste!
Get that shield down, now! T'era's anguish tears at my soul!

Currently T'era's AOE damage is overtuned and kills you before you can get her HP low enough to be subdued.
This quest can bug out at the point where the cutscene is supposed to start. If you get T'era's health down and she just disappears, you'll need to abandon the quest and retake it because simply starting to kill her again once she respawns does nothing but continue the loop.
This is outright impossible for me to do due to bugging out or the damage being so high that it kills me, even with some defensives...
I appreciate the lack of QA testing from these incompetent devs

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Perhaps Lothraxion will be able to bring that shield down on his own. Or perhaps he is a pompous blowhard. The Devouring Host offers its trusted soldiers fragments of a relic that can override any ethereal device, including that shield.

We all bear a heavy burden in this place. I feel myself slipping towards hopelessness. But we haven't failed until we refuse to stand back up. I know my mother will collect herself. But the others need to know this fight isn't over. Speak with Hieron. He and the other scouts should have information.
