I'm more curious as to which quest programmer had just been dumped by his girlfriend for a chipendales dancer. Ripping the heart out of an NPC feels like someone put a lot of pent up emotion into designing this quest.

What to do

StorylineThe Lost Isles, step 68 of 72

Description

Oh, sweetie! You're never going to guess who's down in the slave pits to the north. <Sassy shakes her head sadly at you.> Candy's down there, and she's working for the Trade Prince. She dropped you like a bad habit and now she's working for the other team. but it gets worse. Since you "dealt" with Chip, she's shmoozin' up to the Trade Prince! I don't know about you, but if she were my absolutely-not-fake girlfriend, I'd rip her fickle heart right out of her chest.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Escape VelocityThe Lost Isles · Level 1-20

We really don't have time to rescue those that are incompetent enough to get themselves captured over and over. Still, since I have some extra rockets leftover, this problem should be a snap. Take these single-stage booster rockets down into the Slave Pits to the north and put them on the cages.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • What Kind of Name is Candy, Anyway? The Lost Isles · Level 1-20

Can you believe that Candy Cane! You know up until you "dealt" with Chip, she was tryin' to start a partner brand with him. Now she's shmoozin' up to the Trade Prince! I just can't get over the fact that she betrayed you like that with your absolutely-not-fake boyfriend.
